now time to frequent accompaniment of heartache ... the tumbling pounds.
What are your experiences of it?
For me it was so I've taken approximately 7 kilos within just a few weeks ....
Enjoy it I could not.
Iwas, Dress size was never thick or so so 38/40 with a tendency zur40 ... then my size 36 were too small even then.
Meanwhile, I'm back at 36/38 with Tendenzu to 38 and but I can really enjoy it
THe most effective diet I know is really LK ....
if too damn expensive paid.
