Mediterranean diet keeps you healthy

The U.S. researchers took data from more than 10,000 women under the microscope. These were collected over a period of 15 years. In the analysis it was noticed : women who lived according to the Mediterranean diet had a 40 percent higher probability of finding the age of 70 years without heart disease, diabetes and other chronic diseases reach - compared with other subjects . The study results were published in November 2013 in the magazine " Annals of Internal Medicine " .

HOW THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET
